The black cat says it is not possible. In the second panel, the little cat stands outside Larry’s Lamps, where a lightning-bolt-shaped lamp is displayed in the window, and shouts “Liar!” as the black cat walks away.

The little cat asks, “Dad, can I catch a lightning bolt?” The black cat replies, “No, silly, that is not possible!” Panel 2: Outside Larry’s Lamps, the little grey cat sees a lamp shaped like a glowing lightning bolt in the window. The black cat walks away as the little cat shouts, “Liar!”
